My cousins in Philly used to use this black shit around their hairline to make it look razor sharp. I never tried it because I never understood it.Some people's hair color wasnt that dark. So you ended up looking like you had electrical tape around your head.
I dont know if thats what Jamie is doing. All i can say is "Let it go brother". Your hair aint bad...
