This 'chick', Khadijah Farmer, is suing the Caliente cab Company, a Manhattan Restaurant, for bouncing her ass out in the street.
"For what?" you may ask.
Using the WOMEN'S toilet!!!
That's right...
While taking a dump (or whatever she was doing) a bouncer comes in and tells her to get out. She tries to explain from inside the stall, that she is woman and she is supposed to be in there. The bouncer doesn't want to hear it. GET TO STEPPIN'
So now she is suing them for discrimination.
Well, I say BS. She is trying to get paid.
First of all, the bouncer made a mistake, plain and simple. And its a mistake ANYBODY could of made. Its not like she was walking around with her tata's hanging out. This is a 'chick' that wears MEN'S business suits, has a tight fade, and (if you heard the interview this morning) ain't exactly singing soprano in the choir.

I would have done the same thing. If i was a bouncer and i saw somebody in a business suit, close hair cut, walk in the ladies room, I'm thinking that's some perv looking to get his jollies off peeking at women peeing. He rushes in to save the day.
"Hey...get the hell out of here, MoFo!!! Dis da ladies room!!!"
*in a Barry White voice* "But i'm a lady...i supposed to pee in here"
"You sound like Barry White and you dress like Steve Urkel...YOU'SA DUDE!!!"
Once she comes out (no pun intended) of the stall, the bouncer makes her leave...after paying for her buffalo wings, or whatever she ordered.

Even after she shows him her ID...to somebody who probably sees about 20 fake id's everyday from juveniles trying to get their drink on. He probably thought, "this guy really likes to see women pee".

She is being represented by a legal defense fund specializing in cases involving discrimination for transgender folks, who says they don't get a dime from the people they represent. I bet they get a fat slice of whatever settlement they reach.
I am not saying she wasn't wronged. And she should be able to dress however she wants, but she has got to realize that (like Ms Swan said) she looka like a man, and she is going to have to do some explaining to folks who don't know her personally. The only way i see this situation could have been avoided was for her to either open the door so he could see her goodies, or throw a used tampon over the top of the stall, but that's just gross.
There was a 'chick' at one of my previous employers who was kinda butchy. To hear her on the phone, she sounds like some surfer dude. TO SEE HER....she looka like a man. I called her sir so many times, she just stopped correcting me.
So my advice to Ms Khadijah Farmer is to.......hell i don't know. I would probably take the loot
...but, i could be..better yet, i KNOW...I AM WRONG!!!!
