Leave it to Dubya to eulogize somebody before they have actually passed.

"Mandela's dead because Saddam Hussein killed all the Mandelas."

Well, it seems that Gee Dub, once again, aint got all the facts. Even though he is 89 and in a frail state state, South Africa's first black president, Nelson Mandela is still alive.

But Bush said Saddam killed "ALL THE MANDELAS"
